How to order a vehicle
The general steps to purchase a vehicle using an auto auction are as follows:
1. Share your requirements:
Share your desired vehicle’s detailed requirements (make, model, year, budget, etc.) with us.
It is especially important to tell us your budget.
If you have already found the vehicle yourself, please let us know the auction date and listing number.
2. Deposit payment:
You are required to make an advanced deposit.
The amount of the required deposit will depend on the total price of the vehicle you wish to purchase.
After you win the vehicle, the deposit will be used as part of the total payment.
However, please note that this deposit will not be refunded as a cancellation fee if you cancel after winning the bid.
3. Bidding and buying:
We place bids in selected auctions.
If our bid is successful, the vehicle purchase process will start automatically.
※ There may be a difference between the contents of the auction sheet and the actual vehicle condition. Please note that we do not take any responsibility in such cases.
4. Payment and processing:
Once a successful bid, please pay the remaining amount after deducting the deposit within 2 days.
After confirming your payment, we begin the necessary procedures for export.
